Glutton

I ate too much in school today! In the morning, i had currypuff and soyabean milk. Had a 3 hour lesson. So, the tutor gave us a short break. Went to the foodcourt again and had samosa and nuggets. Then, during break time, i finished up the whole plate of rice! And i had soyabean again! Oh my god! AAAhh! Fat!

Had a presentation on a business proposal today. Last week, she only told us to complete the assignment and bring it to class. Didnt even know that we were supposed to do a presentation on it! Was in the same group as Maggie, Kim and Sheena. Guess what was our business venture? We chose to do on Lingerie! haha. Funny. We were so shy. Had to explain infront of the class about improving health through lingerie wearing. I guess everyone was too shy to ask about the facts about breast cancer or Urine infection that no questions were asked. haha.

Met Terence after school. Wanted to watch Superhero movie. Bought the tickets and went down to town to have an early dinner at Cavana. After the dinner, went shopping since there was time before the show starts. Anyway, the show was funny. I kept laughing and laughing. haha.

One more thing! Received the dividends today. Whoo. $150. While i was on my way to school, my dad messaged me and told me that i can start withdrawing the money! It was around 7.30 in the morning at that time! Luckily the money came in early. I had spent all of my pocket money which was meant for the week. haha. :)

Ok, off to sleep again.

Hooded gift

Weekends were great! Had a family gathering session on Saturday. My aunt just came back from her holiday to Vancouver and Houston. She bought gifts for everyone! :)

I’m happy with mine! She bought a Guess jacket for me. Love the inside of the hood. It has polka dots. :) I know it is going to save me from all those cold lectures.

Fell asleep during Financial and Management Accounting today. My tutor was explaining and explaining the answers but i couldnt stay awake. My eyes felt heavy. So, i didnt bother to wake up. I even saw her looking at me a few times! Ok, few minutes later, i finally woke up from sleep. By then, she finished explaining everything. I didnt understand what was going on. Then, she personally came over to my table and asked me if i understand what she had just explained. I said: “Hmm. I dont know.” She was so nice! She explained everything all over again to me until i understand. For the next question, she came to my table again! She explain to me slowly. So, i understand the tutorial. I felt touched that she even bothered to help. Ok, i may just pass accounting this semester. haha. :)

Bar hopping

It’s Friday night. Had planned to go MOS with my dearest classmates. All of us were excited to go. :) haha. But it turned out dreadful. When we reached the place, the queue was so damn long. The whole long stretch were made up of SP students. Even saw some people carrying their school bags and laptops along! For goodness sake! Must be those people who had come by after school. We were all like sweating and feeling warm from queuing up. Then, it was ‘full house’. So the rest of us in the remaining queue were denied entry.

Not wanting to waste anymore time, we girls left the place and fled away to AZZUCAR! latin soul party. haha. Nice place! Very funny. They have live latin performance. After their performance, the latin dancers went around shaking hands with us – introducing one another. All of us had mocktails. :)

Left Azzucar and went off to Kandi Bar. The place is so pretty. They had Zebra skin walls and soft toys. Jugs were 1-for-1, so ordered Vodka cranberry and vodka redbull. Very funny lah. Kim, maggie and Natalie finished up those two jugs together. and Bernice was timing how fast they could finish up the whole jug. Then Maggie got high and kept babbling about chicken eggs. So funny! I had pussyfoot. Some yogurt juice. I was burping yogurt after that. haha.

Left Kandi Bar because we were feeling hungry. Walked to Lau Pa Sat to have supper. I had kaya and butter toast. :)

Went home after that. Feeling really tired! But i had a great day with the girls. :)

and i’m working on Sunday. I better wake up early later and finish up my tutorials!

Such a pig

Oh my gosh! So embarrassing! During the morning lecture, my stomach suddenly made such a loud growling sound! Kim and Maggie could hear it! I was feeling very hungry. Poor thing! :(

Met Terence after my lecture. Went to International Plaza to have lunch together. We had Nasi Padang. :) After lunch, went back to school for my elective class. I was too full from the lunch i had that i doze off during the lesson! I’m such a pig.

After school, went to Bugis street with Bernice. Walked around and left the place during evening time. Bernice got for herself a nice tube dress! It’s so pretty! :) Met Terence at Yishun after that. We had dinner at KFC together. haha. I’m having a week of good appetite! :)

Went home early. There is school tomorrow. Oh, i’m so tired!

(The last few days had been great. Love being with you and spending time with you. You are always attentive, caring and loving towards me. Always there whenever i need you and you are the one whom i can talk to in times of despair. You were the one who always give me support and advice. The one who taught me the menaing of life. Life has been wonderful ever since you came. We overcomed misunderstandings and showered it with love. You made me feel blessed and i’m glad to have found you. ;) Thanks sayang.)

I’ve completed my tutorials. Like finally! I cant remember when was the last time i would even bother to attempt the questions. Actually, doing tutorials motivates me to attend class. Makes me feel damn excited to check my answers. haha. I’m such an idiot.

My human resource management tutor talks damn fast lah. She will go on and on and on. I cannot write as fast as her speech. I need a voice tape recorder to record her voice and slowly re-play her sentences. haha.

The lift in school has a very funny pre-recorded voice. After class, all of us were trying to squeeze into the lift. Then suddenly, the lift said, “Last person, please get out.”actually The lift can accommodate the weight of 20 people. But we only had less than 10 people in the lift. It was funny. Let me repeat: Last person, Please GET OUT. So, the last person eventually got out of the lift. haha. :)

After school, met darling Terence. at Woodlands Causeway point. We had dinner together at Cavana. Nice! :) After our dinner, went to Starbucks. Told him that I’m still such a blur at accounting. For goodness sake, till now i have no idea how to do up a profit & loss account. Pity darling because he had to explain to me over and over again. I feel so dumb. Thanks darling for patiently tutoring me for accounts since last year. I understand it better already. :)

Going to sleep now. Tomorrow school starts at 8 in the morning. Soooo early lah!

Went to Pasir Ris park with the babes.

Syafiah brought along a tent.
We girls pitched the tent together.

Ok, we chose a bad spot to pitch the tent.
It wasn’t shady at all.
It was so warm.
and the sun was shining brightly directly above our tent.

Worse, it was pitched opposite some ant’s nest.
and there were so many ants.

We had a small picnic together.
Seriously, We cant stand the sun. And those ants crawling up onto us.

Chatted the whole afternoon together. It was funny.
In less than 2 hours after we pitched the tent, we decided to pack up!
We pitched and we unpitched.

Simply because, we just cant stand the heat from the sun.

Next time, we shall go to Starbucks for a chat.
No sun. Just chocolate frappe with whipped cream and cosy sofas.

Anyway, school end early today. Yes, Friday! :) I can finally catch up on my sleep during the weekends. So, how was the first week of school? Ooh, it has been ok. I love Business law. I think it is interesting. I find E-commerce boring. and Financial Management makes me sleep too. So, i hope the following weeks to come will be better.

Met Terence after school. Had dinner together. Went to Shaw for a movie. and the movie was a big regret.

DONT watch Funny Games U.S.

The movie was sucky! The suckiest show i’ve ever watched.
The theatre was 1/4 full. and throughout the whole movie, Terence counted 11 people walking out of the theatre during the show. Yes, that proves how sucky the show was.

Have you ever watched boiling point on MTV or Channel 5? If you haven’t seen it before (Oh my god, you dont watch TV is it?), i’ll tell you more about the show. The show is about testing a person’s patience in a dreadful situation without the person knowing it. So, if a person with great patience can withstand everything, the person will walk away with $100 cash! Sometimes, they show a person in a room. And in that same, there will be another person who keeps farting loudly non-stop. So, in this case, it is to test how long a person can stand being in the same room with someone who keeps farting. No doubt, some people walked out. While some just stayed numb and quiet about it. Of course, those who stayed, win.

So, in the movie, i told Terence: “Maybe, this is something like boiling point. They let us watch a boring and sucky show. Those people who walked out will lose. Maybe if we stay and watch, we’ll win something. Then, when we walk out, there will be people greeting us and saying: You’re on the show boiling point and you have won for yourself $100 because you were able to stand the sucky movie.” Ah, Crap. Because, when we walked out, there was no one giving us a $100. So, the movie purely sucked big time.

Dreadful

Felt so sick today. Headache, tired and my tooth still hurts! Went for lecture in the morning. It was dreadful! Throughout the whole lecture, i wish i wasnt sitting there listening and taking down notes. The lecturer was great. But i was feeling terrible. Felt very sick and very tired. Wanted to get out of there fast! So, once lecture ends, immediately meet Terence to have lunch together.

Went to Sakura to have Hong Kong rice. It still hurts whenever i chew. So, like a glutton, i swallowed everything down – Both the rice and its gravy. For the next few days, i have to eat porridge. I miss eating solid food. :(

After lunch, went back to school for elective class. Haha. I love my elective. Learning about human diseases is so interesting. The lecturer is so funny. He is from Scotland. And his name is Mr Angus. He said, some students pronounced his name wrongly and called him “anus” instead of Angus. Haha. Really funny!

Another funny thing: Logged in to MSN at night. Saw Rachel’s display name: “I used to be a rock singer. People throw rocks at me!”

Haha. How funny can that be? Does it mean we have to throw rocks at rock singers? Haha. I can’t stop laughing.

Ok, so much laughter for today.

I better get some sleep. There’s still school tomorrow.

A trip down the hill

Bitter.

No appetite today! Cant eat properly. Everytime i want to take a bite, i cant open my mouth wide enough. It hurts. And i cant chew. So i end up swallowing chunks! I cant even get to taste how delicious the food is. How pathetic. I’m just eating for the sake of filling up my empty stomach. I cant enjoy my food. I miss eating food. :(

Now, i even hate swallowing my own saliva. Everytime i swallow, my throat hurts. It hurts, it hurts, it hurts. :(

Anyway, had a long lunch break. Went to SPGG. I dont know what it stands for. Its a clubhouse for SP Alumni and students.

Walked from Business School all the way to the clubhouse.

The clubhouse looks pretty. They have bowling, billard, gym, swimming pool and an arcade. Didn’t really walk around the place. So, not sure what else they have.

While Maggie, Moon Kian and another guy were playing pool – Kim, Sheena and i played Bishi Bashi. It was damn funny lah. For a moment, i forget the pain from the irritating tooth and i was laughing away.

Ok, a few minutes later, i got tired and dropped dead at the sofa and slept like a pig until Maggie woke me up and told me: “It’s time to go for lecture.”

After school, met Terence. Went to the dentist. The dentist was really nice. He said my wisdom tooth was growing and pushing itself against my gums in order to fit itself into place. Other wisdom tooths from other sides of my teeth have grown well. But this one is giving me so much discomfort and pain. Argh! Anyway, i was given medicine. Oh please let me recover soon! I cant wait to eat good food!

My dad messaged me while i was in school. I’ll be receiving $500 for the growth dividends and GST credits! Yay! Getting the first installment of $150 end of this month. :)

Ok, i’m going to sleep early now. My throat hurts. I cant wait to go for GEMS tomorrow. I hope it will be interesting. Lalala.

The first day of school

First day of school was exciting! haha. Get to meet lots of people. :) Ok, met my new classmates today! Lesser people. In total, there are only 19 of us. Nothing much happened during lessons. It is just that my brain got really rusty during the holidays. When i went for Financial Management tutorial, the tutor gave us accounting quiz. What a way to start our day! AAAhh!! So demoralising! I forget everything already. Shit! One more semester of stupid accounting. I want to scream I DONT LIKE!!

Ok, meeting people was fun! Met my classmates from last semester. So, most of the time i was saying, “Hey, hello!” and Most of them said, “Hey, your hair! Your hair is black!” haha. I’m beginning to wonder if i look better or worse with black hair. When i ask is it funny, They just say: “We’re not used to it yet.“I keep complaining how messy and curly my fringe is. Bad hair day for a first day of school. :(

Ok, most foodcourts were packed. Simply maybe it is first day and lessons are so slip short. Most students will run to the foodcourt and do nothing. That explains the crowd. and it is like a fashion parade. Hello! Black stockings and dresses? I feel as though SP has turned into some Wisma Atria.

Was so excited during lunch. Longed for Mdm Khartini’s food! But i’m down with an irritating toothache. So, cant really enjoy the food. It hurts whenever i chew. Maggie told me: “Maybe your wisdom tooth is growing. So now, you have wisdom already.” HAHA. I’m so going to the dentist after school tomorrow. Going to let him to take a look at my wisdom. ;)

Darling started work today as a relief teacher at a primary school. haha. Wonder how he looked like teaching a bunch of little kids. Isn’t it cute? He said the kids were noisy and naughty. haha. I keep thinking how he was doing the whole day while i was at school. Poor baby. He must be tired.

Ok, the most happiest thing which happened today! Darling met me and showed me this letter! It’s the GST package thing. He is getting that $500! Then minutes later, Maggie sent me a message saying she is getting that $500 too! Syafiah also got the letter. She is getting that $500. Got so excited when i reached home. Asked my mum for the letterbox keys. But she dont know where she had placed them. :( $500 sounds good for shopping. Anyway, will receiving the first $150 by the end of April. Yes, by the end of this month! :) Ok, i shouldn’t get so happy. I better check my letterbox first tomorrow! :) Hula.

Oh yes, i did have McDonalds today. After such a looong time.

Motivation

Holidays have come to an end.

I’ll be back in school in less than 7 hours?

Been going to AMK Hub NTUC Fairprice lately. Oh, I love the place! They have so many things under one roof. You name it! Seriously, i dont mind walking around the whole place for hours. I’ll see dish washing liquids, vacuum cleaners, pesticides, hangers or whatsoever. It’s not boring ok! Terence and i bought bedsheets of the same design. So, we can now sleep, dream and drool using the same bedsheets. haha.

Went to Cotton On the other day. Mummy sponsored $20. While Sara sponsored $30. Bought long sleeves. :) Told Sara that we have to go to Cotton On at the end of the month when we get pay. I want to get short sleeves this time. Too many long sleeves already. I need black. Because i’m fat. It shall make me look thinner. haha.

I’m so going to drag myself to school tomorrow.

But, it’s OK!

Foodcourt 6 tasty nuggets shall be my motivation. And Rachel, you can have your donut tomorrow too. haha. :)

Hot weather

Woke up early! Met my darling.
Run errands together around school.
The weather was so hot.
and i sweat like a pig.

Watched Street kings. Oou, nice movie!
There were alot of gun shots, blood and killings.
But i still like it. haha :)

After the movie, met Aimi and his girlfriend for dinner.

Dinner was at El-Sheikh. Sat at the rooftop terrace. Nice! :)

Cant believe holidays are going to end. I’m going to miss my late nights out and supper! :(

Giving it up

Met dear around evening. Was so hungry! Went to town to have dinner at Pizza Hut :)

Had Hawaiian pizza and the hut’s platter.
Very filling dinner indeed.
Was too hungry to even steal a moment to capture what we were eating.
So, what’s left were the empty plates.
We were really, really, really hungry!

Have been doing alot of thinking lately. Especially about life. I know it sounds scary, but i cant help thinking about where will i be in 100 years time? Will i be in some other world? Or once after i die, will i just perish? Meaning, there is no such thing as after life and i’ll be gone just like that. FULL STOP. Leaving everything behind, not being able to meet my loved ones. Those thoughts have given me alot of realization about appreciating whats there for me now. We wont live forever. We just live once. And money is not everything.

So, i’m giving up smoking.
It’s bad for health.
I’m not going to harm my health.
I’ll live healthy and be good.

I hope god shall guide me to being a better person too.

Touching up and making up

Went out with the babes today. Went shopping! haha. Walked around for 5 hours non-stop. I wish i lost some of those fatty pounds from all those walking. :) Happy lah.

Desperately need my shopping to be done by today! Told the girls: “If i dont get this shopping done, i wont be able to sleep tonight!“

So, finally got all the things i wanted. Got for myself a long brown top which can cover my big ass ($10), an army green bermudas ($15) and 2 pairs of sandals ($10 and $16.90 respectively). haha. Thought i can sleep well tonight. But, after going to Cotton On at Wisma with the girls, i get so itchy thinking if i need a black long sleeve. See! Shopping is addictive. and now i cant sleep thinking if i should get that black long sleeve soon.

Anyways, the girls got for themselves a dress for only $10! :) Lala. and a bra which was on sale.

After much shopping, my darling terence came. We had dinner together before we went on to McCafe to sit and chat over some frappe. Amelin finally opened her long-due birthday present. Hope you like it! :)

I had a great day today. Enjoyed all those laughter and funny moments shared! And Amelin, stop stepping on my slipper while walking can! haha. Hey, we should do this more often and get our pocket holes burned from all those spending. haha. Ladies, thanks for walking with me all those hours. I know i can be such a pain in the neck – trying and making slow decision on what whether i want to buy. :)

Ok, So much shopping for this month. In total, i bought:

• Not including other miscellaneous items like eyeshadow and stuffs.

I’m eagerly waiting for my end of month pay for shopping again! Girls, walk with me again can! haha.

Ok, go

Was sleeping like a pig when Maggie called me. “Hey, you register for your elective module already?” I was like, “Oh shit. I forget.” Woke up from my dreamy lala land and went to SP website. The server was down. So, i couldnt do the online registration. The registration time was brought forward to 3pm. Lucky! I didnt dare to go back to sleep. Stayed up and waited for another 4 hours for 3pm.

Planned to take a science elective this semester. Wanted to take Nutrition and Wellness. Got to be fast because alot of students will be registrating at the same time. So, the later you logged in, the lesser chance you have of getting into the class you want. Its either you are lucky or “Sorry, class is full. Find other elective class to join.”

Logged in as early as 2pm. But at 3pm, the stupid server crashed. Guess too many people tried logging in at the same time. The page load so slow until i got logged out. Took me another 15 minutes to sucessfully logged in again. By the time i logged in, no more space for Nutrition and Wellness class. End up, i got into Human Diseases: The Past, The Present & The Future class. Ok, i’ll be learning about germs and diseases. Terence took the elective before. He told me that they have lab activities and experiments. How fun!

Horrified

Went to the bank today. Start up a UOB account. Apply for UOB debit card too. It’a about time i start saving money. Apart from my POSB account, i want to have another account. Having two seperate bank accounts, one for spending and another for saving. I hope this helps. :)

Watched Shutter at the movies today. Ok, the show was scary. Other asian-turned-english shows such as the eye and the grudge are crap. This asian-turned-english version of shutter is scary! I’ve never watched the Thailand version before. Terence told me that the Thailand version is better and scarier! Darling, can we please borrow the DVD somewhere? I have a feeling i’ll pee in my pants while watching it.

Watched The Orpahanage too. Thought it would be a great show. But it turned out to be draggy. Quite boring. So, dump the idea of watching the show!

2 more weeks to school. Holidays are going to be over. :(

Treated like kings

Got to recommend you this eating place. Very nice! Went to Vivocity for lunch at Garuda Padang restaurant. Dont be deceived by the empty seats. Its not like the place is empty because their food sucks or something. The food is really great!

Ordered four dishes with rice. :)

Their service are great too. We’re treated like kings. Free refill of rice and free refill of water. Whenever you’re left with little water in your cup, they’ll come up to you and refill it! Hula hula.
