The machine which swallowed and vomit

Both of us were behaving like a merchant’s wife. Started the day with a trip to the saloon. Followed by a trip to nail palace to do our nails. Window shopped, bought movie tickets and had lunch. We went to the jackpot room to try our luck. Pulled the lever and within seconds, our coin was GONE. Looked at others play the jackpot machine and we could see some winning coins. Its like the machine was swallowing and vomiting out coins at the same time. How i wish we had a lucky coin which could bring us more than what we put in. haha. Dream on!

Uber fun

Got to be one of the best time i ever had! The day started off with breakfast. Woke up early and bought the hotcakes meal for boyfriend from McDonalds. Spent some time at his place before leaving his house together with his sister. Went to collect his graduation robe from his friend before leaving for Causeway Point. Spent the evening sitting on our asses at the movie while watching ‘Angels & Demons’.

It was a pretty last minute thing when Maggie asked if anyone was free to hang out. Feeling hungry, i suggested supper at Jalan Kayu. You, know i have always preferred fish curry. So, when i requested for it at the cashier counter, i was told to pay 50 cents for a plate. Being frugal, there’s NO WAY i was  going to pay 50 cents for a plate of fish curry. I went back to the table and tried my luck by asking a random uncle if i could have fish curry. He too told me that i have to pay 50 cents for it. And so i thought, “Never mind. It’s ok.” The next thing that happened was… he came bringing me a plate of fish curry FOR FREE! I felt so thankful while Maggie accused me of seducing the uncle when obviously i wasn’t! haha.

After our supper, i wanted to bring them to Seletar Dam but i forgot the way.  I made Wee Kuang drove to the middle of nowhere and i kept saying, “Maybe it this way” to every lane till we ended up at an ulu place where only construction site was in sight.

We gave up finding for the place and even the GPS wasn’t of any assistance. Eventually, we decided to do a pit stop at Seng kang riverside park.

Since the place seemed empty and quiet, we didn’t really behave ourselves. We got all wacky jumping around and laughing at each other.

After getting enough of the scenery, we went off to Punggol Park. We made prank calls to our friends while pretending to be someone else. It may be evil to call someone at 3 in the morning, but it was funny!

Reached home at almost 5 in the morning. I had so much fun and i remembered hearing so much ‘ha ha ha’ throughout the night.

and stop bullying me by saying that i’m the only one without a driving license. You just wait ah! I’m going to secretly have one and the next time you make fun of me, i shall flash my license across your face! and that shall be in…. a few years time? haha.

Close to a minute

I’m feeling very tired. Projects, projects, projects. I can’t wait for all of it to be OVER. At night, went over to Maggie’s place for “Gong Xi Fa Cai”. It was pretty fun. Played blackjack all night. I’m still a blur cock at counting. Whats 2+10+4+3? Yeah, it will take me close to a minute to figure that one.Ok Maggie, here is your moment :)

Maggie drove me to school today. I told her, “Wah! Now so many roadworks sia.” And she said, “Ya. They are building the circus line.” Upon hearing that, i burst out laughing and i cant stop imagining clowns with red noses. It was damn funny.

Actually she meant “circles” line. But “circles” sounded like “circus”. But still, it was funny.

Happy Chinese New Year

In the afternoon, went visit my grandma at my cousin’s place. I was feeling rather sleepy that i fell asleep after eating a plate of mee goreng. In the evening, met Terence. Went to his uncle’s house for house visiting. Had a late dinner with him and his cousins. Stayed there for awhile before rushing off to meet Maggie and Zac at AMK Hub. The place was flooded with movie goers.

Bought tickets to a 2:00 AM show. Since we had time to wander elsewhere, Maggie drove us to Mustafa Centre to shop for household stuffs. Zac went missing for awhile and he returned back with a basket which had a insect repellent and other miscellaneous stuffs! Didn’t know he would be interested in household stuffs! Next time, all of us should walk around again for hours and have thosai after that! When it was almost time to get our asses back to AMK Hub for our show, we were in a rush when we had to experience a roadblock.

We were eating chewing gum when a policeman stopped the car and asked Maggie to wind down her windscreen. It was funny. he said, “Good morning. Did you consume any alcoholic drinks?” and guess what Zac did? He did let out a “aah aah”, letting the policeman smell his minty breath just to convince the policeman that we don’t have a smell of alcohol under our breath. Very funny.

Then, the policeman asked, “Where are you heading to?” Maggie honestly answered, “We’re going to AMK Hub to watch a movie.” As soon as i heard that, i laughed my ass off. Damn funny. I guess the policeman wanted to know our next destination as in which part of Singapore are we heading to. Instead, Maggie told him the place and the acivity. So funny. That was a very honest reply :)

Alright, “The Wedding Game” sucks. I regret watching it. I kept yawning and i almost fell asleep. Got back home at almost 6:00 AM.

Do wonder

After school, Maggie came over to my place to dye our hair. Yeah, i know what you might be thinking. “Oh no, not again?”

After we dyed our hair, we tried on mask on our faces. I took my nail polish and painted her toe nails. Its RED now! It was so funny. haha :)

Last weekend before i have to go through dreadful weeks of school. Went for Maggie’s 21st Birthday party yesterday night. Lots of fun!

Reached home at almost 3am. Terence had to book in at 1145 hours. Not 1145 PM. It is 1145 AM. Yes, that early! So poor thing.

There’s school tomorrow. Lecture all day. I might just extend my holidays till tomorrow. Will be back at school on Tuesday! haha :)

Welled up sooner than i thought

Another day. Awaiting. Awaiting. Awaiting.

Went to the library with Hong Yi today. Borrowed a total of 6 books to keep me occupied on the remaining days. Still finding it hard to adapt. I must admit, being out the whole day made my day pass by faster.

My eyes suddenly welled up with tears the moment i set foot at Ang Mo Kio. I guess too much time were spent together at that place – having dinner, watching movie, sitting around and laughing together. All the paths i took and the places i walked reminded me of him. Everywhere i go, there are traces of him. It made me miss him even more.

Of all places, that spot beside the junction brings back memories of him. Every evening, when we meet for dinner, he would stand at that particular spot while waiting for me to cross the junction. While crossing, my mind kept imagining him to be there, but in reality, he was not there. I was plainly crossing the junction – not waving at anybody and all alone.

I wish the days would get by faster.

Two tubs

Besties came over for Hari Raya visiting. I haven’t seen them for such a long time! We had so much fun watching horror shows while eating and laughing our ass off throughout the night. Who could have expected that Maggie was actually scared of watching horror shows. All the while, she would either stare blankly at our faces or try her best to avoid any glass reflections that could show anything that was showing on TV. Worse, she was sitting by the window which had a clear view of a big tree and by sitting there, there was a possibility of having “something in white which could fly” to appear out of nowhere. Pity Maggie! We kept disturbing her till she was afraid to even use the toilet.

Oh yes, while browsing through all of the photos, i noticed something. Maggie, you’re sitting like Zac the apek. haha.

Also, thanks to my darling Terence for the two big tubs of ice-cream! :)

A day of events

Omg! I overslept again today. I was so sleepy! Rushed to school for Business Law tutorial. I cant afford to miss that class! I’ve already received a warning letter. Thank goodness i reached class at 9.30am! Actually, class starts at 8am. So, i was 1 hr 30 min late. Shame on me!

After tutorial, went to the library to rush the RWPS report. Omg! I spent like 6 hours in school doing the tedious report. I almost vomit blood. Well, enough said. I’m glad that the report was finally completed and handed in. Tonight, i’m expecting a great night sleep without any worries. :)

Anyway, i’m feeling really happy at the moment! So glad that Terence had found a full time job for himself. Previously, he tried doing delivery. It was terrible! The van always break down and i really pitied the way he had to slogged hard under the sun carrying cartons and cartons of delivery items. I’m glad he is not doing that delivery job. For now, he is back at teaching! He called me in the afternoon and told me that he had signed a contract with a secondary school as a relief teacher. I feel really happy for him. At least now, he have an easier and better paying job. And he dont have to think about carrying cartons under the hot sun anymore. Gosh, now i feel that i am the one with a terrible job. I hate standing long hours and being paid only $5 per hour. I need to find a better job before school holiday starts! I really really really need to flip through the Classifieds section soon!

After school, met my besties! Went for dinner with them! It was tons of fun. We had plenty to talk about. We talked and talked until we almost miss the last train. :)

Ok, i have work tomorrow. Argh! I hate it. :(

When it was time

Went to Pasir Ris Beach for Christmas countdown today with the clique! I had super fun! Each of us brought food and a present for the christmas exchange! Wee Kuang got a “vibrator” from Zac. haha. We had torch lights log cakes, spring chicken, green salad, red wine sponsored by Maggie-who-drank-but-didnt-get-drunk, sparklers, overburnt cigarettes with ample fun!

After the whole night of camping out by the beach, head off to downtown east with our sleepy faces for breakfast at McDonalds! I fell asleep during breakfast. So, i have no idea what were the conversations they had during breakfast!

Heart baked

Had my management paper today. It’s my last paper.. Dont know how i’ll do.. Not in the mood to think about school.

I’m still having lots of things running to my head. Dont know why i have this feeling that he’s watching over us. Wherever he is, i hope he’s well. All of us love him.

At night, went over to Maggie’s house. It was baking day. I think i’m a pig. They bake and bake and bake, but i only know how to eat and eat and eat.

When they were busy washing up and baking, i fell asleep. So sleepy! Told you i was such a pig.. haha.. I did have fun, really! Here’s the final product! It looks so pretty, right?

When she said no to the green drink

Its been a hell of a weekend! So many late nights.. Gosh.. I’m tired! Not enough sleep!Went to work today. I was EARLY! Sales was pretty good too! Yeah. I love meeting new people BUT i was damn sleepy! Could recall dozing off a couple of times. Couldnt take it any longer, so i took a 10 minute nap in the toilet. Gosh, 10 minute means alot to me! It was fulfilling and precious!

Zac, Maggie and Lian Hui fetched me after work today. Was damn hungry. We had dinner at Surabaya, an indonesian restaurant. Dinner was great! We ate till our fill. haha.. :) Maggie was a cuckoo reading the menu. She looked so lost. Well, i’m planning to stuff Maggie with Avocado juice the next time round. haha! All of us told her so many times that Avacado juice tastes so nice but she didnt even want to believe us! So maggie, the next time we bring you to an indonesian restaurant, you will see a cup of green liquid and we will trick you into thinking that is apple milk shake when it is clearly Avacado juice so that you can have a taste of it! haha.

After dinner, i suggested to go to Fort Canning Park to hang out. Told them confidently that i know the way there. But i was actually unsure. Luckily i found the place. If not, i may get whacked by them. Especially by Maggie. She was already nagging. haha!

Told you to jump

Didnt went home yesterday night. My phone was bombarded with calls in the morning. Everyone was looking for me. Made some worried when i didnt answered. Dont worry! I’m ok! :)

Went home in the afternoon and then went out again to meet my clique. I was supposed to meet them at 12pm.. BUT i was late! Sorry guys!

When i came, Wee Kuang was ready to cut his cake up! I was already late, yet i demanded alot! haha.. I asked Wee Kuang to do a push up, followed by a star jump at one go. He got to repeat it for 20 times since he is turning 20! haha.. Got to train him up for army. Well, Wee Kuang tried doing it..

Then Zac want to act hero! haha.. He wanted to prove he was macho and also tried doing but he looks like he doing wushu instead..

And Lian Hui, OF ALL PEOPLE, also tried! haha.. He doesnt even do physical activities in school!

Then went to play by the sea.. Took plastic bag and filled it with water.. Then went to throw at one another. haha.. I’m such a bad thrower! Whenever i throw at Zac, he can dodge. Whenever he throw at me, it hit me! haha.. So, i was so enthusiastic to fill up the plastic bag with more water to throw at Zac when he suddenly shouted: “Eh! Jellyfish, jellyfish!” I straightaway jumped out of the water! I got shocked for a while! Anyway, thanks Zac for alerting a blur blob!

Got home and went out again. Sat under the block for awhile. By the time i got home, i feel like i am about to die! So tired.. Was out since yesterday. So, i went to catch up with my sleep. haha!

Maggie accompanied me for my check-up at SGH. Thankfully, the doctor said that it was not cancerous! :)

My ulcer had subside and it was gone and no more.

Keep your heels on

Went DXO today with the usual company.. Its been quite some time since I went clubbing.. I LOVE going to DXO on Friday nights because there’s live band! Totally love it! The band that was playing is from the Philippines and they sing really well too! Especially love it when they sing Bring Me To Life by Evanescense. Zac was like singing along to the song.. Oh boy, You should have seen his face! Full of enthusiasm man.. haha.. And we were all singing along to Bon Jovi’s It’s My Life. Was like shouting: “It’s my life, it’s now or never.. I aint gonna live forever!” It was so damn fun! You guys should go down too.. On every Friday nights.. Plus it’s ladies night with free flow of drink.. Hula hula..

Only drank coke and fruit punch throughout the night.. haha.. And yet I can get so active.. Well, guess what? Maggie broke her heels! Haha.. Maybe because she shake her booty too much till the heels of her shoe came off. It was funny lah.. By the way, it was Friday the 13th.. haha.. I had so much fun lah.. Planning to go clubbing again.. Soon.. Cant wait.. haha..

Met Terence too.. He was alone sitting at the bar drinking.. Gosh.. Havent seen him in awhile.. Well, he’s still looking great.. Hmm.. :)

After Maggie, Xue Wei and Joyce went off, I was left with the guys.. We sat around until the place closed.. Was feeling damn hungry.. So we head on down to McDonalds to have our breakfast.. I was damn shagged lah.. Damn tired.. And damn sleepy..The guys were like telling their secondary school experiences and it were all funny. At least, their jokes kept me half awake.. But when they went to order the food, I immediately entered into dreamland while waiting for them. Was still sleeping when they came back.. And was eating with my eyes closed.. But, it wasn’t for long.. Until a big, fat and ugly lizard came out from nowhere. I was so damn shocked that I screamed and turn around to Lian Hui.. Lian Hui accidently spilled coffee onto his shirt and some were on Zac too.. haha.. After that, my eyes were so wide awake.. Thanks to big fat ugly lizard..

After breakfast, I head on home while the guys wanted to watch sunrise.. haha.. I wonder how they can be so energetic when I already feel like dying.. What the heck?

Bagged that

Went to school with Maggie.. Hadnt buy a soft case for the laptop yet.. So, had to use the FREE Fujitsu bag that was given.. The bag looks freaking big and fugly.. Plus its so damn heavy.. It gets more frustrating when we were in school to get our laptops configured.. There were helpers around but none helped us with the configuration because they were busily helping other people.. Felt like a bimbo trying to find out what’s the problem with the settings. Keep prompting ERROR.. Eventually, there was this guy who helped us out.. Should have helped us in the beginning OR should have helped us SINCE yesterday. Then i wouldnt have to come back trying to figure it out, right?

After school, had my eye test.. Usually, i would buy coloured lens.. But this time round, i bought the normal lens.. Its so clear that i couldnt see where it is when i soak it with the solution. Hmm.. I think i’ll get used to it soon.

After the eye test, went Bugis. We sat at Starbucks while waiting for Lian Hui and Zac. After the guys came, we went shopping. While both of us girls went to try on clothes, the guys stood outside the shop to help us carry our heavy laptop bags.. haha.. It was funny.. You should have seen the “bored” look on their faces..

After getting a pair of jeans, we head down to Sim Lim to get soft case for our laptop.. By the time, everyone was hungry!Had dinner at a coffeeshop. Maggie and I had mee soto. The mee soto taste so damn great but it was spicy. I almost burned my tounge and tears were rolling down my cheeks while I was eating it.. Even my stomach felt hot. It couldn’t stand the spice that I tried finishing up my food by gobbling up my food without even chewing it.. Eventually, I still feel hungry.. Because I didn’t get to chew and enjoy the food.. Hmmph!

Well, here comes the saddest part of the day.. When we reached home, went to check our classes.. Maggie and I are going to different classes.. Sad lah.. We didn’t go for orientation and we don’t even know anyone from our class.. I find it damn sad lah.. Not motivated to go school anymore..
